Shipping:

We ship via UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, and Common Carrier (truck freight).   We offer a variety of shipping options based upon the size of your order and your location.  Often for smaller (single box/item) orders; it is most cost effective to ship via USPS but, our site cannot quote shipping cost for USPS orders at this time.  Please email us your ship zip and the item(s) in question if you would like a comparison quote for USPS shipping.  We package and ship all orders with a great level of care to make sure that your order gets to you securely. Usually, orders placed before 4 PM E.T. Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Please note that this does not apply to USPS shipping!    Below is our UPS Ground in time transit map:

Tracking your order:  Your order tracking number will automatically be e-mailed to you when your order ships. If you would like any assistance in tracking an order please contact our service team by e-mailing info@mattsbaseball.com

Check or Money Order (supplies orders and pickup orders only): Please make all checks and money orders payable to Mattsbaseball.com. Our mailing address is 2622 7th Av, Bldg 54,Watervliet, NY 12189

PayPal : PayPal payments can be paid directly through our shopping cart. (pending)

Credit Card : We accept Visa and Master Card Credit Cards. For information on credit card security, please check out our secure shopping section. Please note that some large or even moderate credit card purchases may require us to contact you for verification before the order is processed. We take this step to ensure a legitimate transaction and to secure our customers.  It is most important that your credit card billing address you enter MATCHES identically with your bank. 

Sales Tax:  NY State residents are subject to 8% sales tax.  If you are buying product for resale, please email us for NY tax exempt form

Shipping Charges:  For orders that have shipping charges, our website shipping calculator gives an estimated shipping cost.  It is often the case for orders that have oversized dimensions (such as cardboard boxes) for the calculator to not yield a correct shipping cost.  If in the event the shipping charge displayed on our website is incorrect, we will contact you with correct shipping total prior to processing your order.  Please note, our calculator displays UPS shipping costs...but, we are currently using Fedex services which are comparable in cost and transit times.

Return Policy

Because of the collectible nature and market volatility of collectible trading cards, all sales are final and returns are not permitted.  However, we will consider return requests on a case by case basis. In certain circumstances, we will consider a return on a product that is unopened and in the original condition we delivered it in. Restocking fees may apply on returned items.

If you believe your product to be damaged, please contact our customer service team before you open or alter it.  Please retain the shipping carton, shipping label and all packing material - as all may be needed for inspection for shipping claim from shipping carrier.  Contents and stated odds on factory sealed products are warrantied by the respective manufacturer, not by Mattsbaseball.com. If you have an issue with the contents or stated odds of a factory sealed package after it is opened, you must take up your issue with the respective manufacturer.  All cards are randomly inserted across the production and are not guaranteed in any individual pack, box, or case. Often products may contain redemptions that expire after product release and/or rewards points with or without an expiration that take the place of an autograph, memorabilia, or insert hit.
